Peter takes great pride in producing top quality Giclée prints of his original paintings and poems. However, he cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of screen displays of his works on customers' computers. Nevertheless, in the unlikely event that you should be totally dissatisfied with your print, please refer to Refunds and Returns below.

Copyright: Each print is copyrighted outside the framing area and the copyright is retained by the artist. Permission should be sought from the artist to reproduce any of his works in any form whatsoever.

Pricing: Prices for the prints are given in pounds sterling inclusive of any UK taxes applicable. Overseas purchasers will be responsible for any taxes and duties levied in their countries. Prices for postage and packaging are as listed above.

Delivery: As each Giclée print is produced and signed to order, please allow 7 - 14 days for production and delivery. Should you not receive your order after 14 days by all means contact Art & Verse. If you are dissatisfied and are not happy to accept a revised delivery date, a full refund will be arranged upon cancellation of your order.

Refunds and Returns: Should you receive a faulty print or one damaged in transit, and if you are not prepared to accept a replacement, please notify the artist within seven days to arrange for a full refund within 30 days of returning the damaged print along with the packaging materials at his expense. Refunds will also be made upon cancellation of orders due to late/failed delivery.

Complaints: Should you have cause to complain about your print or our service, please email [email protected] and he will get back to you within one to three working days and aim to resolve your complaint speedily and propitiously.
